Identify this manifold?

Can someone identify this exhaust manifold for sale on e-bay:

Image

It's said to be from a Spider. What are those 4 round openings protruding upward?

Thanks. Similar but not. Still curious about those 4 little outlets/inlets. I searched "exhaust manifold" in images and didn't see anything quite like it.

aren't they the ports that blow air into the exhaust or some link to the EGR valve?
I remember my 1983 mazda 626 had something similar but was way too you to young to figure out how it worked...

the ports are for air injection, could be a Pinto or some other 70s vintage car
