Hello Fiat People!
My first car , in 1977 , was a 1971 124 Spider. I bought it for $1800 with 21k miles.
A gal in Philadelphia , my hometown, was given it,for high school graduation. Within a
year she got married, had a kid , and the car sat in the garage. It was almost perfect.
I worked on it daily and kept it through my first couple of years in college. Philadelphia winters were tough driving,
and the snow was a bit treacherous. After one too many spinouts on ice I reluctantly sold my
baby. Well, I am now in Los Angeles and missing my Fiat more then ever. It is time to do it again.
Best,
Randy

Maybe you should take a trip to Seattle. There are currently 15 different Spiders for sale in Washington on craiglist.

Randy,
There will be many opinions on the board for the choice of carb or FI, either one will be adored or disliked for different reasons. If it were me i'd go for the most rust free and solid car worth the price. You will sense "the one" for you when you ee it.
