Welcome from a Sun Prairie member! Also had a 40 year pause between 124's; had a 71 coupe, and 3 years ago bought a 72 Spider to restore "as a retirement project" (per spouse). Well, we both got impatient, so I'm restoring while working!

Greetings from the far SE corner. I'm a recent owner too, and once owned a 78 for a year or so back in the mid 90's. Just picked up a 79 about a month ago.

Hoping to finish my carb/intake swap this weekend and actually drive it more than a mile at a stretch.
