Temp that activates stock electric cooling fan?

Can anyone tell me the cooling system temperature that will activate the stock Fiat electric radiator fan. Thanks, Campagnolo (1974 Spider)

Yes, 195 F. Needle should be pointing to the '0' of the '190' on the gauge.
