Doesn't matter who's.

Get one.

Engine has no choice but to start! :) Seriously, one of the best upgrades I've done (well, second place behind the suspension).

Yes, Yes, Yes. Helps in so many ways. I have not had to fiddle, bump with 2X4, over crank or any other issue in five years now.
