Dash fan/ heater not working won't even turn on and my license plate lights and left blinker don't work

Get a voltmeter and start testing circuits. Fan failures are typically either the switch or a bad ground; you can test the switch connections by just pulling the plug out and bridging the poles. If you get power to the fan then replace the switch.
License plate lights are likely because they are not connected to the ground circuit. Left blinker....check the board/connections in the lamp house.

On my fan I had to take apart the motor and clean, lube and adjust the contacts. One of the arms (?) was stuck open (ie. the spring didn't return it to contact the middle part of the motor).
