Trunk paint code sticker for Met. Blue 81' Spider (code#474)

Does anybody have a photo of what the sticker detailing the paint code that goes on the inside of the trunk look like for a for a Metallic Blue 81' Spider (paint code# 474)? My body man removed it from the trunk when I had my car repainted. Thanks

I have an 85 with 876 Azzura Met. I think that is different than your blue, though.
