Looks too nice to fill with oil and start up. Just about glass display case material there.
Well done!

Beautiful! What is the gizmo on the left rear cambox cover? I have not seen one like that before.

Looking good. How hard does the blast media set in the nooks and crannies when it dries? I see a bit here and there in the photos that appears is going to require some digging out.

No issues with media. Compressed air and or suction usually cleans it out.

Re: My 1967 Fiat 124 Spider Restoration Journey
The steering wheel looks like it has timber as the perimeter grip area.
Is that a retro fit?
Mine is the plastic made to look (poorly) like timber coming in a brown colour.
With the hydro blasted calipers, are you then going to clear seal or keep as is?
Was just wondering how absorbent the natural alloy would be?
It all looks spectacular!

Steering wheel finished to look exactly like timber. Original plastic rim beneath...
The alloy has been hydro washed properly. Parts are coated with a protector coating as to keep clean. Grease and oils clean straight off.. No dramas..
