Hi guys,

I just joined and am hoping to learn more about 3 different spiders before a possible purchase. The Fiat 124 (1966-1985), Alfa Romeo (1966-1993), and Maserati (1983-2007) spiders.

Right now I'm based in Europe, but am originally from So Cal, and try to get back as often as I can.

My other car is a Maserati Quattroporte, which is nearing completion of a (seemingly never ending) "rolling restoration".

I like to do as much work as I can, but leave the larger/more complex jobs to the professionals.

It's nice to be here, and I'm looking forward to learning what I can about these cool little cars!

Of those three cars the Fiat is the easiest to work on and the most economical to keep on the road. I think it's more fun than an Alfa Spider. I've never driven a Maserati, so I can't comment on that.
