I successfully replaced the ignition switch and while I was looking around I noticed that there is a white connector that has a red wire and a red/white wire going into the back and then a pink wire and a white wire coming out the other side. the white and pink wires are cut. I've been looking in the 1977 wiring diagram, but can't locate this color combo. The connector is about 3/4" wide and about 1 1/2" inches long. The wires come out of the group of wires bound together that comes from the ignition switch, but they are not ignition switch wires as the ignition switch wires are all accounted for. There are not any wires to which these wires could have been connected that I can see.
Any idea what these wires might go to?
Thanks!
What are these wires?

Re: What are these wires?
sounds like the key chime connector, replacement switches don't generally have a provision for them
