You need to get the matching senders for each gauge for starters.

I may have some of those. Is there a resistance difference between each of the senders? If so what is the difference? Is there any other issues with doing this?

I assume you are not talking about early spider or coupe gauges as they pivot from the top the same as the new gauges. I did a conversion on my 80 to 70's gauges. I have all the wiring conversion information. If the oil pressure gauge is from an early spider, you need AR part number LU8-047 sending unit. It screws in to the one of the ports on the oil filter housing. Also, the 70 gauges are much deeper than the newer ones, so consume more room behind the dash.

So i didnt say that quite right. The old ones are the the bottom pivot ones. I want to install the top pivot ones. I would love your wiring notes. Any help would be appreciated.
