Welcome aboard! You will find plenty of knowledgeable and friendly people here.

Post some pictures! We all love pictures and they help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.

Here is a thread on how to post pictures directly to the forum:

And here is another picture-posting thread:

This short instruction covers how to resize pictures so that they don’t get cut off at the right side:

And here is a link to a map of Spider owner’s locations. Many forum members have listed their locations.

Great to have an other Fiat owner close by. The Ontario Fiat Club has a web site and on face book. It would be great to see you and the car in the summer time and come on the the runs with the Fiat Club.

WOW thought i had everything ready during the winter restoration so I took the Spider in for Safety and got hammered from not having back seat belts (WTF) who can fit back there, to the drain holes to large (WTF they are factory punched) , a bit to much play in steering less than 1/2", no spare tire (again that is what CAA is for), wiper blades to old but work fine and clear windshield?, need to replace control arm bushings, (They are still decent shape for a year or two I think this was money grab), seat bent but solid (explained this is common for these vehicles as drivers reach over to close and open top, and a loose bolt on drive shaft (I took a wrench in front of him and tightened it) Lets say he did not like that very much.. I had him put the car back together and drove it home. I have went to two other places and both said the car is to old for them to safety WTF I am lost here in Oakville!! I just want my car on the road...HELP!!

Welcome to the site and the wonderful world of modern auto shops. Find an independent garage in a small town outside the GTA - maybe near Port Perry or Shelburne - where car guys live. You won't have a problem with nonsense like that.

That is what I was thinking of heading out of the GTA to a small town to avoid the GTA nonsense.

I've done some checking. Call MVL Leasing at 416 253 6995 in Oakville. They can do it for you. My friend there is Duncan Johnson. PM your name to me so I can give him a heads up.
