turn signal wiring
My right rear turn signal is not working on my 82 FI. I checked the wires from the right rear board back to the left board. I don not have signal coming into left board. But I the left front works. According to the diagram I have the break should be between plug C18 (where the front turn branches off) and c43 ( the plug at the left board). Where do I find C18? In the dash?

Re: turn signal wiring
I find your post a little confusing, If your right rear signal light is not working the left front working is not directly related.
I think C18 is a 12 cavity connector located on the driver side of the car. above the plastic kick panel/map pocket. Sometimes it is behind the kick panel. Does the right front signal light work? Have you checked/substituted bulbs and cleaned the signal light bulb sockets? It is common for the rear light printed circuit boards to fail. Often removing the boards cleaning then and replacing them cures problems. The signal flasher requires all of the bulbs and their connections to be in good condition for the flasher to work properly.
The light blue wire in the left printed circuit board input connector is the right turn signal wire.

Re: turn signal wiring
Rear lighting issues are sometimes caused by bad grounds. Have you ensured that the right rear board is adequately grounded?

Re: turn signal wiring
You're right i did explain it wrong. But i found the problem. the left rear board was cracked and the trace broken. I soldered a jumper and they work. Thanks guys.
