I apologize if this topic has been discussed. I have an 82 with 53,000 miles.
Will replacing the front stock sway bar with a 1" make a noticeable difference with the drive?
Or if I add a rear sway bar with the existing front stock be better?
Or if I replace the front and add a rear make a more noticeable difference?
Thanks

Re: Sway Bars
I've got a rear sway bar on our FI. Makes it a LOT stiffer. On our 1800 I've got doubled up trailing arms. Around corners it's quite stiff - but in a straight line maintains a nice ride.
Stock front on both.

Re: Sway Bars
For best results change both. If you can only afford one, then add the rear bar.
