1980 Pininfarina in Van City BC
Been a couple of years since she's been drive but I want to get back in to the scene. Any owners or enthusiasts up North I'd like to touch base and learn more about what worked, and didn't, when repairing upgrading and the like. Or if there's interest in a group drive.

Hi there. Is your 80 a FI or carb'd model?
There are a few in Van. and area that pop up here time to time. Bruce( Courtenay) is on the rock.
I've had my 80 for a number of years and have become relatively familiar with some, (but not all) issues that these cars can present.
keep an eye on CL and Kijiji for parts if required.

Welcome, Dan. Nice to see another BC based Spider on board. You will find this Forum to be a tremendous resource for advice and guidance for pretty much anything you want to do with your car. There's a French/Italian car show on Fathers Day every year that Chris and I attended a few years ago. Haven't been for a few years due to weather issues - but you never know, all going well, I might even get my Spider off the Island this year!

Post some pictures! They help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.
