Hello everyone, I've been perusing the forum for a while now and thought I'd jump in.
First off Fiat is not my first love, I specialize in classic Mini but loved the X19 I had in high school over 30 years ago. Because of that I've picked up a few different models over the years. Right now I have a 76 131 Mirafiori that was originally my daughter's first car. I really like the 131, but it's a four door auto so I'm always wishing it was a five speed. About three or four years ago I picked up a 77 124 spider that had always been here in the southwest for $400. I got it running and did a little body work and paint and probably have around $1000 into it. I really didn't know what I was going to do with the car but recently decided to keep it for a while and play around with it while I enjoy driving. I'll post a picture of where it's at now and plan to benefit from the forum.

Re: New member in the Phoenix area
Welcome aboard, rougefiat! This is definitely THE forum for the 124 Spider. There's a few members in the Phoenix area and a couple of us peppered through Tucson and Sierra Vista, too. Looking forward to pics of your Spider. Let us know how we can help.
