Hello All,

I am the pride owner of 1975 Spider which I acquired two weeks ago. Car has been restaured, engine replace by a 2L. Car running good but still need some TLC.

One question for now. The head light goes on when start engine. I do not recall car from the 70' having head light going on while running. Was it modified?

That headlight issue is definitely either modified or bad wiring!

Welcome aboard! You will find plenty of knowledgeable and friendly people here.

Post some pictures! They help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.
