Re: Left headlight
Start there and work back is one approach. Next would be the 40 year old lamp sockets. Some of mine have worn spring metal and weak connections.

Re: Left headlight
Fuse E controls left side low beam (5th fuse from right to left). Ground pod is on the drivers inner fender, check or renew its connections. Very close to that ground pod is a bullet connector with a grey and green wires. The grey one is the +ve for the low beam, green is the highbeam counterpart.
The turn signal is an unrelated issue.

Start with cleaning the ground pods on the left and right side of the engine bay near to the front of the car along with ensuring the spade connectors are tight. The spades do get brittle and fail over time so you may have to search around to find any that have fallen off. After that you have to follow the electricity and verify each socket and bulb. Harbor Freight and Walmart regularly have Volt/Ohm meters for around $10 that will do quite nicely for chasing down these types of issues.
A decent crimping tool and spade connector kit is helpful when chasing these down at the ground pods and tail lamps as many times the spade connector will need replacing.
