Can start the car by jumping red and black wire at the ignition switch?!

Bad switch?

?? Assuming working on clutch pedal and not clutch adjustment. There is not a lot of room in the drivers foot-well to work . I would check your connections before assuming you have a bad switch. There is a grounding pod in that area as well as a lot of connections and the fuse panel. High chance if all working before work done on clutch pedal that something was pushed, pulled, moved where you already had a poor connection point. Jumping it may have only eliminated the weak connection point. Just a thought. I'd clean all connection in the area, ensure they are tight and apply a little dab of dielectric grease. With that said, it could very easily be the switch as well.
Buon giro a tutti! - enjoy the ride!

This is strange!!

I have 12 V on the black all the time. 12 V on the Brown when the ignition switch is in the OFF position, but 0 V when the switch is in the run or start position?

I think there is a 3 pin connector on the drivers side fender well. It has larger wires in it. They are red brown and black. The black brings voltage from the alternator to the ignition switch. The brown brings voltage from the starter solenoid battery connection to the ignition switch. THe red connects the ignition switch "start" position to the starter solenoid to engage the starter. A poor connection in this connector on the brown wire would cause your issue.

Thanks

This one?

I raised the driver side of the car when playing around with the clutch pedal and adjuster, so it could be it.

Will check and report back
