Hello everyone. Picking up a 1979 Spider this weekend. Been lurking a bit while waiting for activation and looking forward to being a part of the community.

Welcome Fiatlanta! This is a great forum with lots of interesting personalities and tons of info buried in its depths. The biggest challenge seems to be adding pictures to your posts, but good instructions on that are buried in here as well.

Unfortunately, can't pick up the car till this weekend, but will definitely try to post some pics when I do.

Welcome aboard! You will find plenty of knowledgeable and friendly people here.
Post some pictures! They help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.

In many ways the Spider is the perfect old fun car. Stylish. Reasonably reliable with a bit of care and sense. And with a really great group of fellow enthusiasts to help us along.
