Hi all, I recently bought a beat 74 spider for my daughter's first car. She's only 11 and a half, so I have some time to fix it up. The pace I work, it's 50/50 that it will be done in time.

This isn't my first go around with Fiats: I used to own a 76 Spider that I'd gotten to be pretty good before the rats are all the wiring. Anyway, I'll be posting what I learn and asking for help as I run into issues.

Welcome! 74 is the best year, although I might be a little biased.

Your timing is about right. It took me 3.5 years to restore mine (and it still could use a few things)!

Hello and Welcome! Good luck with your restoration; at least you don't have the difficulties with smog equipment some members have.

Welcome aboard! You will find plenty of knowledgeable and friendly people here.

Post some pictures! They help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.
