New member, 1980 Spider 2000

I picked up my first Fiat about 10 days ago. A 1980 Spider 2000 with 122k miles. It looks pretty good as long as you don't look too close. The goal is to make it a reliable driver. If I can achieve that, then maybe I'll try to make it a looker, too. I drove it home, parked it in my garage, and immediately set about disassembling the front of the engine to change belts/fluids/plugs/thermostat, etc. Hopefully, I'll be able to get it back together and drive it again sometime soon!

Post some pictures! They help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.

jdeight, I too have a 1980 spider (currently being restored). I think you'll like it a lot. Please post pictures of your car and let us know where you're located?
