I am trying to figure out how to post a picture. I am trying to ask a question and a picture would be helpul. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

find a site to host your picture, ie tinypic or imageshack

then when you post your picture to those sites, it will generate a code for you similar to {img}http://blah blah blah{img}
(substitute a square bracket for the ones I used)

when you paste that into your message, it will then appear to viewers as the picture you uploaded to the picture hosting site. You can see what it looks like by hitting the preview button next to the save button below
