I've come to the point in my life where my son is getting older and I want to cherish time spent with him and get him away from the electronics. I'm thinking of buying and working on a 2000 spider so he and I can work on something together and seeing where it goes from there.

Post some pictures! They help a great deal when trying to help diagnose problems, inquiries, etc that you may have.

Have You Located a spider. There's a pretty nice '76 for sale down here. It's on winston-salem craigslist. I know the car. Needs interior work, but engine is good, and has all new wiring. The guy who has it is anxious to move it.

Thanks for the welcomes. Being in the North East need to clean out the garage to make room. Just starting to plan. Looking forward to getting educated.
