Injector install

My manual isn't very clear on the installation of the injector's ( I finally ordered a Factory Repair Manual from IAP - hope it has more info ).

I have a few questions:
1). Do you put anything on the injector seals to make them slide in a little easier ?
2). Is there a torque for the injectors ?

lubing the seals is a very good idea, I just use lithium grease but anything slippery will do
