Hey! Non-owner looking to get involved!
Hi guys, I'm currently a non-owner with some experience in Italian cars ('76 Alfa Montreal) looking to make a purchase in the near future.

Hi other Andy. When looking for a car, remember 2 things. If it isn't running then it hasn't been for at least double the time the seller tells you. Buy the best car you can afford.

Hello and Welcome!
There are many clubs and members throughout North America and around the world that can help with pre-purchase inspection, parts and shop sources, etc. When you're ready, let us know where you're looking and what you're looking for, and you'll get some valuable assistance. In particular, you will understand the importance of the proper Installation Fluid.

Welcome Andy!
Believe me you've found the right stop for any and all information, parts advise and parts locating. Knowing your location can sometimes help in pointing you to a closer resource. Good luck in finding your Italian toy.
Dave.

it would be helpful to know the particulars of what you're looking for; year range, color, price range, location, etc. Many of us know of cars for sale, so with more information we can point you to the right car
Re: Hey! Non-owner looking to get involved!
Thanks for the warm welcome!
A few more details from me:
- Currently based in the Netherlands
- Looking to purchase at the end of this year/early next year
- Year range: would prefer an earlier car, but happy to look at all
- Colour: Not too fussed. Will consider any but like the dark grey colour or something bright (blue, green, orange, etc.)
- Price range: looking around the 10k Euros mark
I know for the money I'm not going to get concourse, but I'm ok with that (as long as rust is minimal).
