Hi All.
New owner of a1976 Spider 1800.
It has had an engine transplant to the Argenta 2000 unit I believe.
White with red leather seats - sooo nice I think.
Don't know if the topic is the right term, but it is related to the lists just below the door handles, running along nearly the whole body on both sides of my car. Please correct me if I'm using the wrong word for it.
My question is, are these lists an original equipment for the '76 model only?
I've found lots of pics where the list is sitting alot lower and between the wheel arcs.
But only two other cars where the list is sitting in the higher position as on my car - all 3 cars are white with red iterior.
Just curious.
Rgds.
Lars

Those moldings are after market - on any year as far as I know.

Re: Body moldings
I'd remove them...I think they kill the lines of the car, wherever they're installed.

Thanks for your answers.
I think I will leave the lists as they are. The car is in excelent newly restored condition with only 4000 km on it, and removing them would expose the mounting holes wich does'nt look that nice.
I was just curious due to the fact that there actually are a few pics on the net of cars with these list.
Only though, white '76 cars with red interior.
