Rough starting/cold performance

Well, I'm almost positive its the AAR.

I took it off and you can hear something rattling around inside when you shake it. Probably not a good sign!

I just picked up an AAR on eBay.

My problem seems to have gotten worse since I adjusted the idle, following the FI troubleshooting guide. Either that or the AAR had been failing and is completely toast now.

Oh well, should be here any day now.

Well it was the AAR!

I replaced the unit and voila--started her up cold and it idled like a champ.

Ironically, now that it is working, I'm getting a hellacious rattle from the catalytic converter area. *sigh*

Glad you got her sorted out.I played with my idle ,or lack of when cold for almost a year before changing my AAR.
