Thank you all for the great advice. My bad was that I was wiring it up as green to neg terminal. Thought I saw that from a pic some were. I did install an after market pump HFP-603 190LPH from Quantum Fuel Systems and new filter. Also I am awaiting on a ordered fuel filter FIL 3278 from napa to install before the pump. I'm contemplating adding it in trunk near the talk inlet. So I can check on it occasionally. I probably should replace the tank but I think I will wait till next time.

I did exactly the same thing, and got it publicly sorted out here. GRN has always been ground for me, so I never gave it a thought, until it didn't work!
