Try the scientific approach before you just start replacin things. Some deduction... Do you have fuel pressure?

How have you checked for spark if it's not turning over? Or is it turning over but not firing?
Dave is right, #1 do you have spark, #2 do you have fuel, #3 is the spark timed correctly.
If you have compression, and all three of the above, it will start, assuming valve condition and timing is OK.
Being FI your fuel pump should come on when you turn the key on long enough to build up pressure. Pull the fuel line supplying the cold start injector, (be careful for fuel spray as you do this), point it toward a container and have a helper crank the engine. You should get a good strong flow of gas. If your not getting gas, check the fuse in the inline holder up behind the main fuse panel. It is the brown wire with white stripe.

not turning over is the phrase used when the starter is not turning the engine. That's completely different than not starting. So, which is it?

How did you check for spark if it's not turning over? The engine needs to be turning over for the distributor to send spark to the plugs.
You said you had spark. But you say your engine is not turning over. These statements contradict one another.
We want to help you, but you need to give us more specific information.
A. Does your starter turn the engine? If not, does it just "click"? Or does nothing happen when you turn the key to start position?
B. The fuel pump should come on when you turn the key on, only long enough to build up pressure, then it will shut off until you engage the starter, and it stays on until you shut the engine off (key in "off" position).
C. Did you disconnect the fuel line to the cold start valve to see if you have fuel in the line, and to see if the pump is running when you turn the key on?
