Steering Column Shaft Bearing Removal

Anyone know how to remove the steering column shaft bearing? This is off a 77.

Ok I figured out that if I loosen the 8mm bolt that is holding a clamp, the wiring section for the steering column/horn can be removed.

I removed the snap ring, washer and spring. Steering shaft can now slide forwards and backwards, but still no obvious way to remove bearings.
