1973 Fiat Spider 100GBS1 0130593

Looks like the carb is a 30 DICA 1, which I'm having a hard time finding a rebuild kit for (would one for a 30 DICA work? Does the 1 at the end make a difference?). I think it needs a rebuild since it looks like it's constantly soaked in gas inside, even after sitting for a couple days. That's not normal and would imply something leaking, right? I haven't messed with a carb for about a decade so a bit rusty. Also the linkage from the vacuum advance seems to be disconnected, I'll run grab a better pic of that after I post this.
Also would like to know if that's the stock engine. I tried to get a pic of the numbers on the side but let me know if you guys need better pics/some of that grease cleaned off. 100GBC seems to mean 903cc but I'm also having trouble finding info on that.
Would also appreciate if you have some sites I could reference. I don't mind finding the info on my own but you can't search anything about these cars without floods of ebay and pinterest drowning out anything useful.
The car is just outside my apartment so let me know if any other pics would help.

But that link shows that it's for

That isn’t going to be the right kit.
You have a 903cc reverse rotation pushrod motor. It would have some variation of DIC 30 carb, it depends on the year of your car and its emission controls.
You will want to look for one from our Fiat suppliers vs Autozone.
Mark Allison I believe doesn’t offer a kit for the 850 however several of the other vendors do.

For a simple kit its not too bad for a complete overhaul kit its pretty expensive.

The engine type/number is stamped on the front face of the block, to the left of the engine mount, and above the timing cover. It will read from ground up (i.e., tilt your head to the left).

also, two of the three 850 Spider engines I have had were fitted with DICA 1 carburetors. the other a 30 DICA.

Thanks for the help guys.
That ended up being the right kit, all of the gaskets, replacement o-rings etc lined up. The old o-rings were definitely toast so it feels good to have them replaced and know everything's nice and clean. I'll keep the sponsors in mind next time I need some parts, though!

The names are what the parts sheet that came with the rebuild kit named them. The 770 might be 220, kind of hard to read. Also, I'm confused on why the first two have the secondary larger but the main has a larger primary?
I'm worried whoever rebuilt it last might have mixed up the jets, but would like your guys' input if you don't mind.
Beyond that, the car still won't run. It starts, revs up to about 2000 rpm then falls flat on its face. I'm going to check the fuel pressure and throw a timing light on it later today. The previous owner installed an electric fuel pump, but I'm not sure if there's a regulator. Do you guys have any links for a guide for installing an electric fuel pump that I could go through to check if everything's set up correctly? I'm also going to look for vacuum leaks. Previous owner also left everything stock just sitting in the engine bay even if he had unplugged it, so there's open hoses going everywhere...
Also, on the instructions that came with the rebuild kit it mentions turning the idle screw 1.5 turns out, while I've seen people here say 2 full turns. I tried both with little difference with the current issue, but I think I'll stick with the 2 turns that I've seen here and adjust from there if needed. I've seen some people also mention an idle mixture screw that you can adjust, but I didn't see that on my sheet or in the carb unless it goes under a different name or is one of the idle jets?

the stamped numbers are on the FRONT FACE of the block. your photos are of the side. take a wire brush (or even a toothbrush) and scrub the corner or the block, above the timing chain cover, and to the left of the engine mount.

the top surface of the intake manifold and base of the carburetor have very little material to seal in one spot as I recall. possible vacuum leak point. remove the carb and take close look to see if the gasket has been compressed all the way 'round.
