This should provide cool air to the DFEV, pressured into the carb by the high-pressure-air region in front of the radiator,...There is a 32/36 DFEV under there! - it was really easy:


Large brass fitting is crankcase ventilation, small brass fitting is charcoal canister. Old crankcase vent stub is cut off and filled with JB Weld (just aft of the housing's rear mounting bolt, this side).
A small screw, from below, holds the preheat-flap closed and intake-flap wide open. Rubber snorkel allows cool pre-radiator air into the air cleaner housing, at slight pressure, depending on speed.
Under the hood, it looks really "sleeper"! Hope someone finds this helpful! Happy Motoring!
