looking to purchase Spyder

As original owner of 76 Fiat Spyder during the 70's, am looking to purchase a restored auto. Anyone have tips on pitfalls to avoid/what to look for? Thanks!

I have a 73 that is for sale with about a truck load of parts. Its been mechanicly restored, just needs some int parts, minor paint and rechrome. $2100 and it's yours.... The parts I have are worth more then that on ebay... Plus since its a 73 you don't have to worry about smog

Rust is a big thing to look for. Other then that it is the same as any other used car of that vintage.
