I have been having a problem with my 83 spider, it starts and idles but is running rough and chuffing and it won't rev up, when I shut it off the last time I happened to put my hand on the top of the plenum and it was ice cold.

Hello, are the waterhoses okay? Do they run freely and is the waterblockthingy on the plenum not clogged up?
