Emissions delete 1976 Spider, California model

I am trying to remove all emissions equipment from a 1976 Fiat Spider in rough condition. It has the 1800 engine. Since this car was originally sold in California, it has some peculiarities that I haven't seen documented in this forum. This includes the stock 32 ADFA 5/100 carburetor that has some extra lines coming from it, and the cylindrical style charcoal fuel vapor canister. Can someone help identify what these ports are, if I need to connect them to anything, or if they should get plugged?

Here's what I think the ports are, correct me if I'm wrong:
1. Definitely vacuum line
2. No clue what this is. Only seen on the 5/100 carb.
3. Vacuum line? (intake manifold)
4. Idle mixture screw
5. Vacuum control for the high/fast idle circuit?
6. Vacuum line?
7. I see this bolted to the engine and I'm not sure what this is, but it has some unused hose lines.

Here's a picture of the fuel vapor canister. It's different from the metal, square ones on later years. It has a hose from the bottom, the middle, and the top. The bottom one, I'm sure it goes to the gas tank. The other two, unclear. I think one goes to a vacuum and the other goes somewhere on the carb, possibly #2. The service manual I'm reading from is not specific enough.

Update: 7 is the mechanical fuel pump. PO installed an electric fuel pump but didn't have the block off plate, so left the mechanical in place.

The ADFA 5/100 carb was used in 1975 and 1976 spiders sold in California. For these model years, the emissions controls would have included EGR, smog pump, fast idle, and vapor recovery canister. #1 and #2 in your picture are likely EGR, smog pump, or fast idle, while #3 is definitely the small hose that goes to the top of the vapor recovery canister. It can be plugged if you don't have the canister anymore.

#4 is definitely the idle mixture screw as you noted.

Forgot to mention: #5 is the vacuum line for the fast idle diaphragm, which would have gone to an electrovalve on the driver's side firewall. It can be left open. #6 is (I think) the crankcase ventilation, which would have gone to a port on the bottom of the original air cleaner (if you still have that). #6 should be capped off if that small hose isn't there anymore.
