Engine won't idle - What else to try?

I don't recall any external "power valve" that has fuel in it. Can you post a pic?

Yes I actually already did.

It is the second picture on page one of the thread. It has the yellow plastic id band on it.

It's on both of my carbs.

The manual labels it as the "power valve".

Am I mistaken?
