VACATION IN SPAIN ANYONE

Post by Spiddy »

HI EVERYONE

Christmas is over and we now find ourselves in 2009. Most of you are enjoying the snow and cold and looking forward to a better year than last. It's also that time of year to start thinking (if not planning) of summer vacations. :D
If, like me, you've been hit hard by the world wide financial crisis, then vacations are the last thing on your mind. :cry: But if you have a few old dollars stuffed in the matress or some loose change burning a hole in your pocket, then allow me to introduce you to Casa Cristina, our "get away from it all" vacation hideaway here in Andalucia - just ten minutes from our home.
If you find yourself with nothing to do one evening, then click on http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/spain/s1057.htm and take ten minutes to read through.
If it's just the 2 of you, then we also have a pool-side apartment attatched to our home with absolutely stunning views down the olive grove, across the lake, to the village of Iznajar rising vertically on the opposite bank. 8) For details and pictures just contact me.
It would be great to meet other Spider owners, and hey, you get to play with my 85.5 :lol:

HAPPY NEW YEAR :D

I'm starting my dreaming right now! By the same token, you are very welcome to come stay with us and play with Fiats on the roads around Southern California!

Hey Spiddy,
My son and a couple of his buddies are going to Europe for their senior trip before college. They have been saving money from their lucrative jobs at Burger King and Radio Shack!! They will be coming to Spain ,but staying at youth hostels.I will get your contact info before they go,and maybe you could look in on them! They are purchasing Eurorail passes to get around.
The villa is stunning,maybe someday....

We may be up for Spain by then, that sounds great! We also have a great place here in Northern Cuba I mean South Florida if anyone would like to get out of the cold for a little while. Tickets might acutually be cheap right now. Pack your sweater though it's supposed to only reach 78' today brrrrrr. I hope some of you can make it.

Thanks VA.
Sadly, with the current economic disaster as it is, it wont be any time soon. But when we can, we will. Thanks again. :D

This years vacations are booked, but that looks like a spectacular choice for next year! I can use some of my Rosetta Stone spanish as well. As long as my job holds, I'll take a good long look at it for next year.

[quote="Spiddy"]HI EVERYONE

I sure like what I see as a resort to go visit ,,but truthfully I doubt I could ever get to do a vacation over seas.. thanks for the invite though.. Your two vsits to Cuba is sure interesting ,,I never knew anyone who has ever been there even once.. I would think that one would be under guard the whole time you were there from how it sounds from news reports of the country .. I bet you could keep my attention a long time just talking about how it really was in that though..

thanks for the invite to Spain ,,Isn't that where Zorro retired at ? LOL
