Well, that didn't do me any good. I was ready to settle for a regular 500. Now I'm going to have to have an Abarth SS!

Rumor has it, if it ever gets here, the Abarth SS will be the only version sold.

Obama said today that California will be allowed to set their own regulations and sell only the weak but fuel-efficient 500, while the rest of the country will get the Abarth SS.

that's okay, while the rest of the country has matching 500s, us Calif hotrodders will modify the base model into a pocket rocket that everyone will drool over

If they brought the car here and marketed it like the mini they wouldn't be able to keep up with demand. I'd buy one in a heart beat just to have it next to my Mini S and have the retro theme driveway. I love small cars always have but the crap we've gotten until recently kept me from buying anything.
