Smart Roadster?

Post by engineerted »

My recent trip to Germany reviled to me that Smart makes a nice small two door roadster. I took some photos with my phone.

From what I hear one of the popular mods is to take the 1300cc turbo Hybusa motor and drop it in there.

Smart looking car. Sent a photo to the wife's email at work. they use a smart car in her job as by-law enforcement (with a light bar) I think the guys there might enjoy this style a bit better.

We have them here in Australia .... and I was thinking that perhaps one day someone could fit a twin cam 1600 in the back ... an ideal track car !

Do you have any photos of the engine? What did you pay for it?

Thanks

It appears that a Mini must have mated with a Jensen Interceptor! It is a good looking car ,and I have read a road test on one.I will see if I can find the link.
