HI All,
I just installed a new master cylinder and brake servo. The rear seal, on the interior side, keeps poping out and giving me a vacum leak. Is this seal supposed to be held in by something or do I need to just snap it back in. Good to be back!!

brake booster
that's not a seal on the pushrod side of the booster, it's a filter. There is a diaphragm between the two halves that should hold vacuum. Since the diaphragm moves back and forth when you press/release the pedal, air has to be able to move in and out of the back side of the booster, hence the filter. If you're getting a vacuum leak to the interior, your booster is defective
