Love at first sight

Post by boogiedude »

Hey everyone, although I've already made my first post about bleeding brakes, I figured I'd drop by and introduce myself. I'm in the process of purchasing my first fiat, a 78 spider. In fact, i didnt even know about fiats until i saw the ad for this beauty, but i immediately became a fan of the sporty little monsters. I'll probably be posting quite a bit with questions about how to do this or that while i begin the process of restoring my new investment, and hopefully you guys will have some great advice for me!

See you around the forum,

Eric

Edit: oh ya, one more thing, I'm situated out in hawaii so anyone out here should drop me a line so we can talk story

Welcome to the site! You will find lots of great advice and friendly folks here! Make sure to post some pics of your new lady! Your story kinda sounds like mine. I never saw on and came across it unexpectedly and the rest as they say is history!

Well, the location explains the user name.

Welcome to the site. my wife just loves her '78 Spider. I am sure you will feel the same.

Be sure to contact Matt who regularly posts here... he's lives in the 50th state as well. Some day we are all going to his house for a tech session.

Welcome aboard dude. I've been following your brake bleeding post. I consider you fortunate, not only do you live in paradise, you live close to Manoa Matt. I've dealt with him, and he's super.
It sounds like you got a great deal on your car, post some pictures for us soon.
