Sometimes good ideas are so simple you think," Doh, why didn't I think of that!" I think that looks really good!

steve that is interesting i would be interested in some original decals for our cars like magneti marelli stickers , the things i've seen from alvon (identification stickers) those little things really dress up the engine bay , for an out of factory look

maybe we can develop a sheet with all original decals that where on the car so you can reproduce those ?
i dont mind spending some time designing some of those

a bit like these , but i can find a sheet for the fiat :

steve,

You are on to something there. brings out the FIAT late model badging, and is still unique.

4" x 1" would go well with the other decals and window clings i have.

Would it be necessary to obtain Fiat's permission to produce items based on their logo? Esp if it is used in a way to raise funds for this site? Is this a commercial purpose or just a non-commercial car club? Don't know why they would object, and maybe it is not an issue. I'm not a lawyer, but this just occurred to me.

Haven't had a chance to get to the graphics center this week, what with my car down and having to share with my wife. I fully expect to be up and running this weekend, so early next week I'll get over there and get some firm prices for shirts and stickers.

I wouldn't suggest making a big, official deal out of the logo, nor asking Fiat for permission - we can ask forgiveness later, if we need to. My thought is just that I'll put some prices here in this thread, along with an amount that will go to the forum. Anyone that wants a sticker or shirt can PayPal me some money, then I'll make the shirts and stickers, and send the money to the forum through the PayPal "donate" button at the top.

For example, maybe the shirt will be $15, $5 of which is for the forum. If you want a shirt, you send me $15 and I'll send a shirt to you and $5 to the forum. (Those are not real numbers - just made up for the sake of the example)

Look for it mid to late next week.
