Hi guys.
I have one more problem guys that I forgot about. I removed the front bumper from the spider which had the indicator lights on it. the problem is there are 3 wires and I am stuck as to how to wire up a new set. I plan to fit a standard pair of indicator lights straight on the body from a donor car of sorts. Any one out there know how the 3 wires go. Is it a case that this was only on the American model and one is there to power the light constantly?

Re: front indicators
Daytime running lights weren't required here until 1990. Unless it's been modified, Yellow is +12V, Black is ground and Yellow/Black (left) and Yellow/Red (right) provide +12v to the side marker lights.

Re: front indicators
there are 3 wires since it used a dual filament bulb; one ground, one park light, one turn signal. BTW, I sell a light kit to fill the holes when the bumpers are removed

You're absolutely right, of course! I was looking at a wiring diagram for a '78 that I got somewhere and didn't bother to go out and look at my car! Dumb. Sorry for the confusion.
