dont know what I done wrong but thanks a million.
Regarding the front end of the car. I removed the bumper, painted the area black on the inside and then painted the grills in silver to make them stand out. I also painted the front black just to give the image of some shape. It kind of works. I plan to blank of the old holes where the bumbper came from and add indicators from something. The grill on the car is what it cam with.

Nice looking car Murray. It looks like someone put stickers all over your Triumph. Darn teenagers! :x

Nice cars. The TR6 is my favorite Triumph. My parents had a TR3 when my mother got pregnant with me. They traded it in on Plymouth station wagon, my dad still blames me! :D

the wheels. you are right. 15" alfa rims. they were on the car when i got it. I tookt them offand found they have been slightly buchered on the inside to make them fit. In addition spacers have been added. Hence the reason for me having to renew all the wheel bearings. Like everything about the car, it grows on me.
The color. The first thing I planned was to change the color. But current financial restriction ( I am broke) :( put that on hold. But this has got me used to the white and i have came to like it. I think the white actually only works with the hood up. This contrast of the black and white works well. Basicall to make the car look good, in my opinion, I took stuff of it rather than add to it. The spiders original design is very feminate and these lines are definetly enhanced with lowering it and removing the bumpers. Simple and clean lines I think. All in all not a bad wee deal for 3k. That included a new mohair hood, recent paint and complete new front cross member. That realy only leaves me to play with the interior.

The TR6 is my baby. Had it for 12 years now. It will never be finished as I always think of something else to do. Its about 160hp+. Running triple webers and full race pipe its very loud. Fully adjustable telescopic Koni suspension all round, full leather interior, mohair hood. The lot realy. The stickers in the photo are all temp from sponsors for the rally.

So there it is.

Welcome to the site.I have seen very few Spiders in white, and I really like it.As you say,it's a very clean look. The TR6 is a classic, although my favorite Triumph is the TR250 (TR5 in Europe?).Very rare to see one.Good Luck!

Thanks craig. Glad you like both cars. I thought some people might be fiat through and through and hate the site of a triumph. But I am glad al approve.
I hope to get back to work and start making some money so I can get the fiat just the way I want. I think a black leather interior with white piping and white stitching will look good. But i will change the wooden dash for brushed alloy as the wood just does not go well on a white car for some reason.

Welcome to the site! Your car also has a very nice stance. The wheels may not fit perfectly as you point out, but i think they actualaly look pretty good. Nice car!

thanks for that. Yeah i think lowering the suspension helps a lot. It is meant to be a sports coupe after all. I notice that most spiders for some reason ride rather high on the road. I dont like any space between the top of the tyre and the wheel arch.
Just my preference. :)
I will blast these rims clean and repaint in the future unless something simmilar comes along.
