Fuel Tank Question
Fuel Tank Question
I know that a fuel tank from a Carbureted car will not work in a fuel injected car, but will a tank from a fuel injected car work with a carburetor?
Re: Fuel Tank Question
carb'd cars need a breathing tank
f.i. cars need a pressurized tank
i think if you drill a miniscule hole in the gas cap, you should be o.k.

Re: Fuel Tank Question
Yes a FI tank will work with a carb car. But you must use a Carb Fuel Sending Unit. Plug the FI Fuel outlet & return with a short section of hose with a bolt.
