Hello from Oakland, CA.

Post by karhawk »

I have posted few times but don't remember if I introduced myself, here is a link to my daughter's 81 Fiat spider and a couple shots of a newly acquired 75 for myself.http://scratchybottom.blogspot.com/ I will post more shots of the 75 when I get it home from Colorado. I hope to drive it back next week. I have owned a least 10 124 Fiat spiders over the years including #351 a 66 or 67 spider from Europe that was brought back by a member of the military. As you can see in out blog my daughters car is pretty sorted out.
We will be upgrading the brakes, installing a roll bar and upgrading the front roll bar and maybe adding one to the rear.

Unfortunately 4 of Oakland's finest were gunned down recently by a loser parolee who was also killed, you probably read about it. Other than the fact that much of the city is in shock, it's all good.
