Hello everybody,
About 16 years ago my boss owned for a couple of mounths a Fiat spider. Totally in love with the car I tried to get my own spider, but i didn't had the money to buy a decent one. After a while i forgot the spider until last year when i had a colleque who ownes a beatifull Citroen DS in Concours condition. Due to this car the spider virus got awaked.
So i bought august last year a 1980 Fiat spider 2000 i with manual gear. I'ts a good driver and i'am having a great smile on my face every minute of using.
When i figured out how i will post a picture. (a post crashed already once )
Regards Ernst

Re: Greetings from The Netherlands

Hello, and welcome Ernst. How's the weather over there? My wife was lucky enough to have visited your beautiful country (she has the wooden shoes to prove it!). Congratulations on your new car, hopefully you'll get lots of good driving time with it.

Welcome Ernst,
Gotta see some pics.
Ron, your wife went all that way to get pair of shoes? Could have picked up her shoes and tulips in Holland Michigan.

Greetings Ernst - and welcome. Here in Ottawa we are proud to have a tulip festival every year in May, courtesy your royal family, who provided millions of tulips to us in return for a wartime kindness. Thank you!

Hello Ernst, and Welcome! The fuel-injected Spider is a quick car. Be careful on public roads, lest you get caught by the traffic police:
