valve train part needed

hello. I need a certain part for my 83 2L head. I'm not sure what to call it. when you remove the valve springs, you find underneath a very thin washer that rests on the head, and on top of that a stepped washer that I guess locates the springs. One of my stepped washers is cracked. None of the usual vendors seem to list this. What is it called and where might I find one? Thanks greg
