would you reccommend any preparation before installing valve seals? like soaking them in oil or anything? And how about large and small injector seals? use anything on them or just install them dry?

if you're installing valve seals with the head assembled, you want to put a sleeve over the top of the valve so that the sharp edge doesn't cut the seal.
As for injector seals, I use a light lithium grease on the small seal to help it slide into the manifold easier
